We’re working with a premium bespoke meal manufacturing business on a mission to deliver exceptional, made-to-measure nutrition to thousands of customers across London. With a fully tailored approach, every meal plan is designed around each individual’s goals and macro needs — supported by a dedicated in-house nutritionist to ensure clients stay on track to smash their targets.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager with a background in FMCG or food manufacturing to make their mark in a business that values quality, innovation, and pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of goods and services
- Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Identify, source, and negotiate with new and existing premium food suppliers to secure the best value without compromising quality
- Build strong relationships with UK-based suppliers to ensure continuity, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness
- Analyse and forecast demand, track market trends, and optimise stock levels to support agile production schedules
- Collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Production teams to ensure smooth integration of procurement with daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Buyer role within FMCG, food manufacturing, or fresh food sectors
- Excellent supplier network and deep understanding of food sourcing, supply chain, and price negotiation
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive cost savings while maintaining product excellence
